New Group To Be Responsible For All Slot Technical Support

At Hollywood Casino Perryville

 

  • Full range of slot technical services, maintenance and consulting to be outsourced to Advanced Gaming Associates (AGA) and Image Power effective April 1

 

HAMMONTON, NJ and ANNAPOLIS, MD (March 18, 2015) – Advanced Gaming Associates (AGA) in conjunction with Image Power, announce that they will be assuming responsibility for full slot technical services at the Hollywood Casino Perryville, MD, effective April 1.

 

AGA, which specializes in turnkey support for slot and gaming operations nationwide, has worked together with Image Power, Inc., since 2010. Image Power is well-regarded firm which provides a range of marketing services and also is certified as a Maryland Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).

 

Under a multi-year agreement, the group will be responsible for a complete range of service, maintenance and associated consulting covering the casino’s slot floor operation. This will encompass its current selection of 850 video lottery terminals along with all ticket redemption machines and currency counting equipment.

 

This latest contract follows upon a current project by the companies to utilize the AGA expertise and key services to update the slot floor and re-design the gaming layout for Hollywood Casino Perryville which opened in 2010 as the first casino in the state.

CPI Increases Service and Support to U.S. Gaming Market
